Mojito Salmon

If you are lucky enough to have a Trader Joe's in your area and you like salmon, one of their best items is Mojito salmon It's in their frozen section, and it's very healthy. If frozen, it takes about 40 minutes to cook in the oven. If it's defrosted, it takes about 18 minutes. Pair it up with a nice salad, and it makes a lovely dinner for two people.

Okay, that's it for now. To be honest, I just wanted to practice creating a link. I'm going to publish this and see if it works in real life.

YAY, I published this post and then checked to see if it worked...it did!!! Thank you thank you Ms. True Heart and Linda!!!

  2. your puppy is so cute (all Albertan dogs are - haha). What breed is he? We have a miniature schnauzer. He is 1.5 years old and just so much fun.

You're a blogger pro now - you with your links! I couldn't even follow the directions the girls gave you!

  3. The link worked! Also, GREAT job at the CHinese BUffett. That can be such a challenging place, but I love that you were conscious thorughout the experience and therefore it became a healthy one. And I LOVE that the fortune cookie then essentially congratulated you on your success. Life IS a series of choices, and the power we all have to control so many of those is huge. Here's to being aware and acting in keeping with our goals today!

  4. I felt so great when I learned how to do the links last week. Now there is still so much I want to learn.

We don't have a Trader Joe's by us but there is one by my mil's house. I might have to stop by and get some. I don't crave salmon but I do like it. But most of my family LOVES it!

  5. Oh, I LOVE Trader Joes! We got one in Albuquerque about two years ago and I do almost all my shopping there. Their produce isn't great, but their frozen fish selection is awesome! Will put the Mojito Salmon on the list, thanks.
