Early morning weigh in...178. Yay! Just like last week, nothing spectacular, but continuing to trend in the right direction. That's all I care about. Go A-Team!

Thank you to everyone who left kind, encouraging, and insightful comments about Wednesday's post. I'm feeling much better today. The past is the past. I can learn from it and go forward.
