Spring Fever?

I’ve been starving all day. All I’ve wanted is sugar and fat and salt, and if we had anything like that in the house, I’d be all over it right now. I have no idea why. I controlled it as best I could today, which wasn’t great. I didn’t feel like working out today either, so I didn’t. I don’t really even feel like posting, so I’ll keep this short. I’ll try to get back into it tomorrow.


Maybe I’m suffering from spring fever. If you are lucky enough to be having wonderful weather, like we are in Seattle, enjoy it while it lasts!

  1. Increase your fluid and protein intake. Should help with the cravings. And if you had a lot of carbs, that might be triggering a cycle for more carbs. Or just wait it out 24 hours...life always changes!

  2. Yep, I was thinking the carb thing too. If I have too many, the next couple of days I want to eat everything in sight!
