Vacation in Hawaii!

We are on vacation until December 11! We arrived Friday afternoon, and got to enjoy the Friday night fireworks from our condo.

So far, I've been sleeping a lot (travel and "preparation for" always wears me out), and we've been shopping for groceries and some necessary items. We went to church this morning at the beautiful Queen of Peace Cathedral.

No beach time yet, but we have friends arriving tomorrow, so it should be more fun and relaxing once they get here.

    I wish I was there with you! It's back to Fairbanks for me on Thanksgiving weekend. Hopefully the -36 degree weather is gone by the time I get back. I'm starting to hate Alaska. Wish my family lived in Hawaii. Maybe I should move my sister to a rehab center there. :)
